“It was good for the price”

“Posto magnifico, gentilezza dello staff, velocità nel risolvere i problemi (personali, non dell’hotel), camere magnifiche, spaziose, ben fornite, ottimi gli spazi, nota super positiva per la pulizia impeccabile. Finalmente una struttura ricettiva che offre una VERA sala giochi e sala relax, per non parlare degli spazi esterni, piscina riscaldata aperta 24 ore, falò all’aperto per sedersi e godersi l’atmosfera con la possibilità di “cuocere” i marshmallow's (forniti gratuitamente da loro), orari...

“The location was great near Yosemite falls and within couple of minutes to all attractions . The restaurant options are limited in Valley.”

“E' un hotel in stile classico motel americano, pulito e ordinato, comodo se dovete pernottare fuori dallo Yosemite (le strutture all'interno erano già tutte sold out) verso San Francisco. Nei dintroni (raggiungibile in auto) c'è il più antico saloon americano si può cenare con cibo tipico americano e bere qualcosa con intrattenimento con musica dal vivo. A stretto giro c'è anche la cittadina di Jamestown che vale una visita.”

“Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...

“The location is perfect for visiting all Yosemite Valley. It is surrounded by wild nature and sometimes you can even spot animals like squirrels, deer and bobcats inside the camping space. The only two negative marks in our opinion are the poor cleaning (there was a large number pf spider webs stuck in the corners) and the absense of power outlets inside our tent. Bathroom cleaning was average, just like in all camping locations with shared services.”

“We loved this resort! The rooms are huge and new. There is more than one restaurant where to eat; it was a good base to go to Yosemite from San Francisco. Very good value for money because the room was really really nice.”

“The lady at the desk upon arrival wasn't helpful nor friendly, after a few questions we gave up and refrained from asking anything else. ”

“The 1884 hotel is well situated in the village, includes a secure car park at rear. However, lacks so much to comply with basic of modern requirements, there is no elevator and my wife needs walker and sticks! Rooms are accessed up a dated staircase, additionally access from hotels carpark is down steep stair, no handrail. Indoor Dining and bar are shut down for season no staff but apparently coming soon? Our room "Adobe Suite" is just barely acceptable, no hanging closet but plenty of drawer...

“Bellissimo Hotel vintage vicino all'ingresso ovest di Yosemite National Park. Struttura e arredamento vintage e molto caratteristica, pulizia eccellente, proprietari gentilissimi. Ottima comunicazione sia pre-arrivo, che durante la nostra permanenza. Super consigliato!”
